Frank sends Tony and Omar to Cochabamba, Bolivia to meet with cocaine kingpin Alejandro Sosa. Manny is attracted to Tony's sister, Gina, but Tony tells him to stay away. Angered by his life of crime, Tony's mother denies he's her son kicking him out, Gina keeps the money. He gifts his mother $1,000 and claims they'll live easier lives, saying he earns money through 'political' means. Later, Tony visits his mother and younger sister Gina, of whom he is overprotective.
